Coach Scott Honecker’s six seasons at the helm of the Williams Wrestling program rank as some of the most successful in the 93-year history of the sport at the college. Coach Honecker is the leader in NCAA Qualifiers, All-Americans, and Scholar All-Americans for any wrestling coach in program history, and now sits in 2nd for all time wins with the program. Coach Honecker has built a power in Williamstown, with his Ephs annually in the fight for high team and individual placements at the NCAA Regional and National Tournaments.
Assistant Coach Tom Foote
Tom Foote is an alumnus of the Williams Ephs Wrestling Team, graduating from Williams College in 2013. Coach Foote was a 4x Conference Finalist for the Ephs and a 3x NCAA Qualifier. Coach Foote returned to his alma mater to become the full-time assistant coach after a year coaching at Episcopal High School in Houston, Texas. Coach Foote served as the volunteer assistant coach with the Ephs post-graduation for the 2013-14 season.
